Job recruitment


1. Foreign trade specialist


Business negotiation and customer maintenance: develop new customers through channels such as exhibitions and B2B platforms, reply to customer inquiries, communicate needs in depth provide professional product solutions for customers, and close orders; maintain old customer relationships, visit regularly, handle complaints and problems in a timely manner, and enhance customer satisfaction and.

Order execution: After the order is signed, coordinate with the production, procurement, logistics and other departments to follow up the order progress, ensure timely, and quantity delivery; make and review various export documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc., to ensure that the documents are accurate and delivered in time.

    Job content:

1. Responsible for the operation and data analysis of the company's platform accounts, video creativity and shooting guidance, video editing work. 

2. Responsible for the content selection, planning, and writing of new media platforms (WeChat official account, Weibo, Douyin,ohongshu, etc.), ensuring the originality, interest, and appeal of the content. For example, create copy, images, videos, and other content match the platform's style according to the characteristics and needs of the target audience. Like writing product grass-roots notes on Xiaohongshu and planning interesting short scripts on Douyin. Pay attention to industry trends and hot topics, and combine the characteristics of the brand or product to plan relevant hot content in a timely manner improve the content's dissemination and influence. For example, when a hot event occurs, quickly create content related to it and in line with the brand's tone. 

3 Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of new media accounts, including account registration, verification, profile completion, fan management, etc. For example, respond to fans' and private messages in a timely manner to establish a good interactive relationship with fans.
